Antoinette "Toni" Boyne, a pioneer of today's downtown Jersey City real estate sales market, founded Boyne Realty in 1981.  Toni was instrumental in many of the sales that helped create the renaissance of the city's downtown historic district.  She served as the broker/owner of the company for nearly 25 years.

Today, Toni still is a licensed New Jersey Broker Salesperson and she stays active in a sales and consultant capacity, advising on many of the firm's transactions.
